Return conditions
If you wish to return your order, please send us an email to info@veroniquevandewalle.com, sing order number, name and email.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

You have requested a return within 14 days after delivery of your order. The returned item(s) are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged. Please include the Veronique Vandewalle tag and the original packaging.

Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their order. The only exception we make in covering the return costs, is when there has been a mistake on our side (eg. wrong item sent or damage). In this case, please provide us with pictures and a short explanation, and we will gladly assist you with a free return.

We are happy to assist you with your return by providing a shipping label. This is strongly recommended if you are shipping from outside the EU, to make sure all necessary customs documents are included. Note that if we create a shipping label for you, we will deduct a fixed shipping fee from your refund, which will be mentioned in our online return form.

Should the customer decide to return a parcel using their own shipping label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund
As soon as we have received the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will send a confirmation email and make a refund. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company and bank first. If you still haven’t received your refund after a few days, please contact us at info@veroniquevandewalle.com.

In no way can import duties be refunded, as they are determined and collected by the customs agency in the destination country.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the purchased item and place a new order for a different item or a custom-made item. The price difference will be charged or refunded. While sending us an email with in the subject your order number + "I will purchase a different size/color instead". If you place the new order before we have received the returned order, we will gladly cover the shipping costs for your returning order.
